SLA Performance (January–June 2016)

  • Processing goal average for IETF-related requests: 98.5%
  • The 2016 SLA between ICANN and IAOC for the protocol parameter work has been approved and signed.

IANA and DNSSEC

Improvements to the website based on community feedback.

Stats project: testing completed, made preparations for install.

Internal: made a number of small updates to make RPC data more accurate and efficient.
