Brian Trammell

Brian Trammell is a Senior Researcher at ETH Zürich. His primary focus is on network monitoring and measurement, specifically on performance measurement, security monitoring, measurement tools, and privacy issues in measurement and management. Active in the IETF since 2005, he’s co-authored 15 RFCs in the Security and Operations/Management areas, and co-chairs the IP Performance Metrics working group. Prior to his work with CSG, he was Engineering Technical Lead at the CERT Network Situational Awareness group, and a veteran of a variety of short-lived Internet start-ups. He earned a BS in Computer Science from Georgia Tech in 2000.
